Payment and Timing

A deposit is required at the time of booking via Stripe online payment.

The balance must be paid by bank transfer by the deadline stated in the Final Confirmation, or in JPY cash on arrival only when separately approved by us.

Service Period

Services are provided in accordance with the schedule and contents stated in the Final Confirmation.

Order Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit and issue the Final Confirmation.

Cancellation and Changes

30 days or more before departure: refundable less card processing fees

15 to 29 days before departure: 3–5% administrative fee

7 to 14 days before departure: actual supplier charges based on hotel, golf course, transport, and other provider policies

Within 2 days before departure or no-show: 100%

If same-day golf cannot be played due to flight delay or other unavoidable reasons, handling will follow each facility’s policy, and we will attempt alternative arrangements where possible.

Refunds After Service Start

No refund is available after service commencement due to the nature of the service.

Special Terms

Vehicle service is limited to 10 hours per day unless otherwise stated. Overtime is charged separately.

Golf inclusions such as cart, lunch, and caddie depend on the itinerary or the Final Confirmation.

Itineraries may be changed due to weather, traffic, facility conditions, or other unavoidable reasons.
