Airport Pickup Rules

Please fill in your flight number when placing your order. We will provide a free 40-minute wait for your arrival at the airport, depending on your actual arrival time.
Overtime fee:
- Alphard (7 seats): 2000 yen per 30 minutes
- Hiace (10 seats): 3000 yen per 30 minutes
If you choose "Pick-up at a designated time", you will be provided with a free 30-minute wait. You will be responsible for any flight delays or cancellations.
The fee for holding up the sign and parking is not included and must be paid on-site.

Airport drop-off rules

You will be given 30 minutes of free waiting time according to your order time and location. Additional charges will apply for waiting beyond that time.
If an incorrect address is entered, resulting in a change of itinerary, an additional fee will be charged.

Other expenses

An additional 2,000 yen will be charged during the late-night hours (22:00–08:00).
Overtime fees must be paid on-site, and whether the waiting time can be extended depends on the driver's schedule for the day.

Vehicle type and luggage

Toyota Alphard (maximum 6 people, 3–4 pieces of 24-inch luggage).
Toyota Hiace (maximum 9 people, approximately 9 pieces of 28-inch luggage, additional charge of 5000 yen).
If luggage exceeds the limit or does not conform to the order, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund.

Payment methods

Pay a deposit of 3,000 yen when placing your order (online payment).
The remaining balance was paid to the driver in Japanese yen cash on the day of the trip.
