 If you encounter an emergency such as a flight cancellation, please be sure to contact customer service in advance. If you need to extend the driver's waiting time, the extra fee must be paid to the driver on site (depending on the day's schedule, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to provide extended waiting services, please be aware). If the car dealer does not proactively receive notification from the passenger and is unable to contact the passenger, the trip will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given.
