Service Description
Airport Transfer Service Information When placing your order, please provide the following information in the remarks section to ensure smooth transfer arrangements: Number of passengers Number of luggage pieces (Alphard can accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers and 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage; if there are more than 5 passengers or a lot of luggage, HiAce will be used instead, incurring an additional charge of 5,000 yen) Flight time (arrival or departure time) Pick-up/drop-off time and location (please fill in the correct hotel or destination name) Flight number Failure to provide complete information in the remarks section may affect transfer arrangements. Thank you for your understanding. Airport Pickup Service (From Airport) The driver will wait for 45 minutes free of charge based on the actual flight landing time. After that, an additional 3,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes (less than 30 minutes is counted as 30 minutes), subject to driver and merchant availability. You can choose "Pickup at a Specified Time," which requires prior confirmation with customer service. This option includes a 30-minute free wait; after that, an additional 3,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes (less than 30 minutes is counted as 30 minutes). This option assumes the risk of flight delays or cancellations. Airport Drop-off Service (To Airport) It is recommended to allow sufficient time for travel to the airport and check-in when departing. Changes and Cancellations For any changes to your order information, please notify us no later than 2 days before your trip. No changes can be made 1 day prior to departure or on the day of departure. Additional Services and Fees Holding up a sign: 2,000 yen (advance notice required, payment upon arrival). Night service (22:00-08:00): 2,000 yen (additional charge). Child car seat rental: 2,000 yen per seat. Please specify in the remarks section in advance and pay upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Airport Pickup ★Please fill in your flight number in the information field when placing your order. Service cannot be provided if this is not filled in. We will provide a free 90-minute wait based on your flight's actual arrival time. Waiting beyond the free time will incur a charge, depending on the circumstances. Airport Pickup ★Airport Transfer: 7-seater (Toyota Alphard or Alphard Black Airline Seat) will incur a delay fee of ¥2000 per 30 minutes (any time less than 30 minutes will be charged as ¥2000 for 30 minutes). 10-seater (Toyota Hiace) will incur a delay fee of ¥3000 per 30 minutes (any time less than 30 minutes will be charged as ¥3000 for 30 minutes). If you feel that the free 90-minute wait time based on the actual flight landing time is insufficient, you can choose a specified pick-up time. Please contact customer service in advance to confirm. For specified pick-up times, you assume the risk of flight delays and cancellations. A 30-minute free wait is available at the specified time; waiting beyond this time will be charged depending on the circumstances. (7-seater (Toyota Alphard or Alphard Black Airline)) For 5-seater (Toyota Hiace) vehicles, a delay fee of ¥2000 per 30 minutes will be charged (minimum ¥2000 for any time less than 30 minutes). For 10-seater vehicles, a delay fee of ¥3000 per 30 minutes will be charged (minimum ¥3000 for any time less than 30 minutes). ★One-way round trip within Tokyo and Disneyland: The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge at the designated time and location specified by the passenger. A fee will be charged for any time exceeding this. For 5-seater, 7-seater, and 8-seater vehicles, a delay fee of ¥2000 per 30 minutes will be charged (minimum ¥2000 for any time less than 30 minutes). For 10-seater vehicles, a delay fee of ¥3000 per 30 minutes will be charged (minimum ¥3000 for any time less than 30 minutes). Whether or not paid waiting time is available will be arranged at the driver's discretion. ★ A map of the meeting point and itinerary information will be sent via the system before 22:00 (Japan time) the night before your ride. Please check your inbox for messages. ★ In case of unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, please contact customer service in advance. If you require an extension of the driver's waiting time, an extra charge must be paid to the driver on-site (this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed).
