Airport Transfer and Private Charter Service Overview

 

Miramar Japan Golf & Travel provides airport transfer and private charter services across Japan, including Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, and Kansai Airport transfers, as well as private day charters in Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, and Osaka. All services are operated by professional drivers, offering punctual, comfortable, and reliable transportation that helps reduce the hassle of train transfers, luggage handling, and route planning.

 

Vehicle and Luggage Information

 

Toyota Alphard

Recommended for 1 to 4 passengers.

If you are carrying large suitcases, golf bags, or other oversized items, we recommend reducing the number of passengers to ensure a more comfortable ride and sufficient luggage space.

 

Toyota HiAce

Recommended for 5 to 9 passengers.

If you are carrying multiple large suitcases, golf bags, or other oversized items, the actual passenger capacity may need to be adjusted depending on the quantity and size of the luggage.

 

Final vehicle assignment will be based on the number of passengers, number of luggage items, luggage size, and safe loading conditions.

If the actual number of passengers or luggage at the time of service does not match the booking details and the vehicle cannot safely accommodate them, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without refund.

 

Important Information

 

Airport pickup service is arranged based on the actual flight arrival time, with 30 minutes of free waiting time.

After the free waiting period, waiting charges will apply according to vehicle type.

Toyota Alphard: JPY 2,000 per 30 minutes

Toyota HiAce: JPY 3,000 per 30 minutes

Any waiting time under 30 minutes will still be charged as 30 minutes.

 

If you would like to arrange pickup at a fixed time instead of based on the actual flight arrival, please contact customer service in advance.

Fixed-time airport pickup also includes 30 minutes of free waiting time.

If the flight is delayed, arrives early, or is cancelled, the related risk will be the passenger’s responsibility.

 

The price for transfers and private charters includes vehicle service, driver service, fuel, highway tolls, and basic parking fees.

The price does not include meals, attraction entrance fees, personal expenses, overtime charges, or special parking fees.

 

Private charter services are offered in two types depending on the product: 10-hour charter and 4-hour charter.

If the actual service time exceeds the booked duration, the overtime charge is JPY 5,000 per hour.

Any time under one hour will still be charged as one full hour.

Whether overtime service can be arranged depends on the driver’s and vehicle’s schedule on that day.

 

When making a booking, please make sure to provide the correct number of passengers, luggage details, flight information or itinerary details, and a valid contact number, or your LINE or WhatsApp contact.

Drivers usually contact guests one day before the service date to confirm the pickup time, location, and meeting details.
