One itinerary, written for one party
There is no package behind this page. Each journey begins with a conversation — who is travelling, who plays, what pace feels right — and is then built course by course, inn by inn.
The same principles apply to every design we make: no hotel changes without reason, no golf followed by long drives, and the final night always within easy reach of your departure airport. The itinerary should feel inevitable, as if it could not have been arranged any other way.

The range
Championship and members' courses — Kawana Fuji, tournament venues, and clubs that receive visitors by proper introduction. Multi-city routes — Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka with golf woven between, one car and one driver throughout. Ryokan of standing — quiet properties with in-room dining and private baths, chosen for the party, not the star rating. Corporate and host play — client entertainment rounds with logistics, gifts and dinner arrangements handled discreetly. Non-golfing companions — parallel days designed with the same care as the golf.

Journeys we have made
Cross-country, three couples
Eight days, three couples — playing their way from Osaka to Tokyo. All six golfed, but comfort came first: two Alphards running in parallel, room for everyone and every bag. Golf and sightseeing woven together, Kyoto and Hakone gathered along the way, eastward to Tokyo.
Team expedition
Nine days, fifteen golfers — a Singapore golf society around Mt. Fuji. Consecutive tee times and match scoring, multi-vehicle logistics for players and their bags — a large party on the move, with no trace of a group tour about it.
One line carries the whole card: "a large party on the move, with no trace of a group tour" — that's the exact fear a team organiser has, answered in one breath.
Grand hotels, Kawana finale
Eight days, four couples — Chinese-American families. Five-star hotels alternating with century-old onsen ryokan, a geisha evening in Kyoto, and the journey built toward one ending: the final round at Kawana Fuji. The best course, saved for last.

How it begins
Write to us with dates, party size and one sentence about what a perfect trip looks like to you. We reply personally within a day — sometimes with questions, never with a brochure. Design begins once the shape of the journey is agreed; reservations begin once you confirm.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a minimum group size or trip length?
A: No hard threshold. We have designed a two-golfer Kawana pilgrimage and a fifteen-player team expedition alike. The shape of the journey decides — not a rule.
Q: Can you arrange just one round at Kawana, with the rest of the trip handled on our own?
A: Yes. Standalone course bookings are charged per round, and if the rest of your itinerary is already set, we are glad to add only the piece that matters most.
Q: How far in advance should we start?
A: Availability at championship courses and fine ryokan moves by the week. Three months ahead is a comfortable start; six months for cherry blossom and autumn seasons. The earlier the conversation, the more doors we can open.
