A: Under normal circumstances, we will respond within 24 hours with the transfer arrangement and quotation. Response times may be slightly longer during Japanese public holidays or late-night hours.
Q: How is the vehicle type determined based on passengers and luggage?
A: Vehicle selection is based on the actual number of passengers and luggage to ensure comfort and safety. General guidelines are as follows:

Suitable for 1–4 passengers with standard luggage. If traveling with large suitcases or golf bags, a lower passenger count is recommended.
