Kawana Fuji Course
A Defining World Top 100 Golf Experience in Japan
A carefully curated luxury golf journey that brings together one of the world’s most celebrated courses, deep local expertise, and private itinerary design.
This is not a standard golf trip, but a refined experience created for travelers who value precision, quality, and seamless execution.

Why Kawana
Recognized by Golf Digest as one of the world’s Top 100 golf courses, Kawana Fuji Course stands as a rare benchmark of Japanese golf excellence—
where course quality and natural scenery exist in perfect balance.
Set along the dramatic coastline of the Izu Peninsula, the course unfolds across rolling terrain with open sea views, demanding strategic shot placement
and sound decision-making throughout the round.
For many seasoned golfers, Kawana is considered a once-in-a-lifetime course and one of Japan’s most representative golfing experiences.
This is not simply a course you book—it is an experience that requires thoughtful planning
and local understanding to do properly.

Kawana Has Two Distinct
Golf Courses
Kawana Oshima Course
The Oshima Course is comparatively more flexible in terms of booking conditions. It is often used as a complementary round within a Kawana itinerary, or paired with other courses in the Izu Peninsula orMt. Fuji area to create
a well-balanced golf journey.
Kawana Fuji Course
The Fuji Course is the true centerpiece of Kawana and the course recognized by global rankings such as Golf Digest as one of the world’s top 100 golf courses.
Stretching along the coastline, the course features dramatic elevation changes and constantly shifting winds, demanding precise strategy and strong on-course decision-making. It is widely regarded as one of Japan’s most representative championship courses.
Why Kawana Fuji Is
Difficult to Arrange
Kawana Fuji Course is not open for general public booking.
In practice, tee time access is only available to guests staying at the Kawana Prince Hotel, which makes independent arrangements difficult even for experienced international golfers.
In addition, tee times are limited and demand is consistently high. Without coordinating accommodation, transportation, and surrounding routing in advance, it is easy for the overall trip quality to be compromised.
This is why Kawana Fuji is best approached as part of a carefully structured itinerary rather than a standalone booking.

How We Design
Kawana Golf Itineraries
When planning a Kawana golf journey, we first position Kawana Fuji Course as the core round of the itinerary.
Based on the total number of travel days and arrival or departure routing, we then integrate the Oshima Course or extend the journey to selected courses across
the Izu Peninsula, Mt. Fuji area, or Hakone.
Accommodation location, tee-time sequencing, and regional transitions are planned together
to avoid unnecessary backtracking or time loss.
Private chauffeur service is used throughout the itinerary, ensuring smooth transfers between courses and hotels, as well as stable pacing on both golf days and travel days.

Who a Kawana Golf Journey Is Best Suited For
A Kawana golf itinerary is ideal for golfers who prioritize course pedigree and on-course experience quality, rather than simply filling a schedule.
It suits small private groups seeking confirmed access in advance, minimal last-minute adjustments, and a well-structured journey centered around a true world-class golf course.
This experience is best suited for travelers who are prepared to invest time and budget to play one of Japan’s most iconic championship courses under optimal conditions.
