Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

• Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to departure: Full refund.

• Cancellation made 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 10% cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellation made 7 to 14 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellation made within 6 days of departure or No-show: No refund (100% charge).

 

2. Changes & Force Majeure

In case of cancellation due to weather, transportation, golf course closure, pandemic travel restrictions, government-imposed lockdowns, war, or other force majeure circumstances, Miramar will assist in coordinating refunds or rescheduling with suppliers.

All changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email.
