Miramar offers private transfers from Narita, Haneda, Kansai, and Osaka airports, as well as full-day charters in Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, and Osaka. Our professional drivers ensure safe, punctual, and comfortable journeys, eliminating the hassle of public transportation and making your trip smooth and worry-free.

Vehicle & Luggage Capacity

Toyota Alphard (Recommended 2–5 passengers)

• Seating capacity: up to 5 passengers

• Luggage: 4 × 24-inch suitcases + small carry-ons

• If carrying golf bags or extra luggage, we recommend max. 3 passengers for comfort

Toyota HiAce (Recommended 6–9 passengers)

• Seating capacity: up to 9 passengers

• Luggage: 6–8 × 24-inch suitcases

• If carrying golf bags, we recommend reducing passenger count by 1–2 to avoid space issues

Important Notes

1. Airport pick-up waiting time (free of charge):

   • Narita / Haneda: 45 minutes

   • Kansai / Itami: 60 minutes
     Extra waiting will be charged at ¥3,000 per 30 minutes.

2. Please inform us in case of flight delays. If no notice is given and waiting time exceeds the limit, the driver may leave and the booking will be treated as cancelled (non-refundable).

3. Rates include vehicle, driver, fuel, and highway tolls. They do not include parking fees, meals, or admission tickets.

4. Day charter service is based on 10 hours / 300 km. Overtime or extra distance will incur additional charges (please confirm in advance).

5. Please provide accurate passenger and luggage information at the time of booking. If the capacity is exceeded, the service may not be provided and no refund will be issued.
