Why is Oshima Course included in the 5-day itinerary?
Oshima Course and Fuji Course are both part of Kawana Hotel Golf Course. Oshima Course has a more relaxed pace and works well before playing Fuji Course the next day, allowing guests to first experience Kawana’s terrain, ocean views and resort setting.
Why is the third round played at Susono Country Club?
Susono Country Club is a PGA Senior Tour “FANCL CLASSIC” tournament venue and one of the representative championship-style courses in eastern Shizuoka. It works well as the third round because guests can travel from Mishima to Susono, play the round, and return to Tokyo smoothly after golf.
Why is Kawana Fuji Course special?
Kawana Fuji Course was designed by C.H. Alison and is one of Japan’s classic seaside golf courses. It is often described as “Japan’s Pebble Beach” and is known for its ocean views, coastal terrain, walking style, caddie support, ocean wind, elevation changes and strategic bunkering.
