Mt. Fuji Onsen Golf
Lake Kawaguchi Onsen Hotel · Dinner Included

Three courses around Mt. Fuji, three nights at a Lake Kawaguchi onsen hotel with dinner, private charter throughout. From 2 guests.

FAQ

Q1: How is this different from the Standard package?

The Standard package uses business hotels without dinner, with courses centered around the Gotemba area. The Onsen Upgrade includes three nights at a hot spring hotel near Lake Kawaguchi with breakfast and dinner included, and features two courses — Kawaguchiko Country Club and Fuji Classic — that are not part of the Standard package.

Q2: How many guests are needed to book?

A minimum of 2 guests. 4 guests is the most cost-efficient combination and the most popular group size.

Q3: What level is the Lake Kawaguchi onsen hotel?

A 3-star hot spring hotel with daily breakfast and dinner included. Facilities include communal onsen baths. If you prefer to upgrade to a traditional Japanese ryokan — with yukata, kaiseki dinner, and private onsen facilities — an additional ¥15,000 per person per night applies. Please let us know during enquiry.

Q4: Is the same hotel used for all three nights?

Yes. The first three nights are at the same hotel near Lake Kawaguchi — no room changes. The fourth night moves to a 4-star hotel in central Tokyo (Metropolitan Ikebukuro or Prince Hotel level), with breakfast included.

Q5: Is Fuji Classic or Fujizakura the standard course for Round 3?

Fuji Classic is the standard assignment for Round 3. Fujizakura is a member course with limited availability and more complex booking requirements. If you wish to request Fujizakura, please let us know during enquiry and we will check availability.

Q6: Are caddies included?

All three rounds use electric golf carts. Caddies are not included by default. If you would like to arrange a caddy, please mention it during enquiry — additional charges apply.

Q7: Is course lunch included?

Yes, a set menu lunch is included for all three rounds. If you wish to order off the à la carte menu, the difference is paid directly at the course.

Q8: Can non-golfers join the trip?

Yes. After each round, there is typically 1.5 to 2 hours of charter time remaining. Non-golfers can spend the day at Oshino Hakkai, Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchi waterfront, or the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre, and regroup with the group for dinner and onsen at the hotel.

Q9: How many hours is the charter per day?

10 hours per day. Overtime is charged at ¥5,000 per hour. Departure is typically around 8:00–9:00 AM, with golf finishing around 15:00–16:00, leaving time for a post-round stop before returning to the hotel.

Q10: Can we depart on a weekend?

Yes, but course fees and some hotel rates carry a weekend surcharge. We recommend weekday departure for the best value. Final pricing will reflect your actual departure dates.

Q11: What are the payment terms?

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, payable by credit card with no surcharge. The balance is due in cash on the first day of your trip. Credit card payment for the balance incurs a 3–5% surcharge. Bank transfer for the balance must be completed at least 10 days before departure.

Q12: What is the best time of year to visit?

Spring (April to June) and autumn (September to November) offer the most stable weather and the best visibility of Mt. Fuji. Lake Kawaguchi's cherry blossom season (late March to April) and autumn foliage (November) are peak periods — we recommend confirming your booking at least 8 weeks in advance during these months.
