1. What’s included in the tour?
This tour includes private chauffeur service throughout the trip, fuel, expressway tolls, and accommodation with designated meals (dinner and breakfast). Lunch on the first day is also included. Other meals, attraction tickets, and personal expenses are not included.
2. Is the driver English- or Chinese-speaking?
Yes. Our drivers can communicate in English or Chinese and assist with hotel check-ins, restaurant orders, and basic travel arrangements. If you require a licensed guide, this can be arranged separately.
3. Can the itinerary be customized?
Yes. As this is a private chauffeured tour, the route, sightseeing stops, and meal times can be adjusted based on your preferences, ensuring a flexible and personalized experience.
4. What happens if there’s bad weather or traffic delays?
In case of unexpected weather or traffic conditions, your driver will coordinate real-time adjustments to ensure safety and comfort while maintaining as much of the planned itinerary as possible.
5. Can I request different or upgraded accommodation?
Yes. You may upgrade to higher-category ryokans or premium onsen resorts. Any additional cost will be quoted separately depending on room type and season.
6. How do I make payment?
A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance can be paid in Japanese yen Cash directly to the driver on the first day of the tour.
7. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days before the trip will receive a full refund. Within 7 days, partial charges may apply based on hotel and vehicle booking status.
8. Is tipping required?
Japan has no mandatory tipping culture. However, if you are satisfied with your driver’s service, a small gratuity of around ¥1,000–¥2,000 per day is appreciated.
