取消與退款政策 | Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 預約取消

   • 出發前 7 天（含以上）取消：全額退費。

   • 出發前 7 天內取消：需支付總金額 30% 的手續費。

   • 出發前 48 小時內或未到（No-show）：不予退費，收取 100% 費用。

2. 行程變更與不可抗力

   • 若因天候、交通、球場或其他不可抗力因素導致行程取消，本公司將協助與供應商協調退款或改期。

   • 所有變更或取消以書面通知（Email）為準。

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

   • Cancellation made 7 days or more prior to departure: Full refund.

   • Cancellation made within 7 days of departure: 30% cancellation fee applies.

   • Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure or No-show: No refund (100% charge).

2. Changes & Force Majeure

   • In case of cancellation due to weather, transportation, golf course closure, or other force majeure, Miramar will assist in coordinating refund or rescheduling with suppliers.

   • All changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing (by email).
